1. About Us

Bonjour Snacks ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Noor Cosmetics LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida (EIN 99-2613769), doing business as "Bonjour Snacks." Our business address is 256 NW 77th Ave, Margate, FL 33063.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bonjoursnacks.org (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Products

We sell imported and domestic French-brand snack foods, candy, and beverages. Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including ingredients and allergens, but always check the physical packaging before consuming, as supplier formulations may change.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout and its authorized payment providers (including Shop Pay and Klarna). We do not store your full payment card details.
Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Per the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at checkout (or within 30 days if none is stated), we will notify you and offer the option to consent to a delay or receive a full refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

See our Shipping & Returns Policy. Due to food safety regulations, opened or perishable food items generally cannot be returned; defective or incorrect orders are eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Allergens & Food Safety

See our Allergen Disclaimer. Bonjour Snacks is not a substitute for reading the physical product label. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from a failure to review ingredient labeling prior to consumption.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, logos, and design are the property of Noor Cosmetics LLC or its licensors. Third-party brand names and trademarks (Bret's, Carambar, Haribo, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products we sell, not to imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor Cosmetics LLC / Bonjour Snacks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or consumption of products purchased, beyond the purchase price of the affected order.
